GWAR Release Stream of New Song “Madness at the Core of Time” and Announce New Album Battle Maximus Set for September 2013 Release

Antarctic rock gods GWAR are set to return to the realms of man and reclaim their vice-like grip on the throat of hard rock humanity after taking time to work on their follow-up to 2011’s Bloody Pit of Horror. Their new album, set to be released September 17th, is their first following the death of guitarist Flattus Maximus. Entitled Battle Maximus, the upcoming release is dedicated to their fallen guitarist and is a new hope for the band and is supported by their recently announced fall tour. As frontman Oderus Urungus states:

Urungus also discussed the gory new show as well as one of the songs off the album called “Mr. Perfect.”
