Ty Segall Starts Another Band Called FUZZ, Self-Titled Debut Album Set for October 2013 Release

The extremely prolific and ambitious Ty Segall has started another band. He will sing and play drums in FUZZ, a sludge metal-influenced group that has drawn comparisons to the Jimi Hendrix Experience and Black Sabbath, will release their debut album on October 1.

FUZZ is comprised of guitarist Charlie Moothart, bassist Roland Cosio, and Segall. Early live shows have already occurred on both coasts and fans of Segall’s huge body of work are eager to hear more. The pure heavy rock ‘n’ roll record will be self-titled and released via In the Red.
