Brooklyn label Captured Tracks is putting on a festival to celebrate their five year anniversary. The two day event will feature a hefty handful of bands currently signed to them, including indie favorites The Soft Moon and Beach Fossils.
Founded in the not so distant past of 2008, the indie/alternative record label is taking over Brooklyn pub The Well’s backyard for a couple days of celebratory performances from the artists they’ve helped develop. The one-off CT5 Fest will take place August 31st and September 1, and the tickets are more than affordable. There’s absolutely no excuse for you shoegaze loving New Yorkers to miss it, so secure your place in the crowd ASAP.
