American audiences are most like to know Italian prog-rock group Goblin for their contributions to the soundtrack of George A Romero’s 1978 film Dawn of the Dead. What they likely haven’t heard are the group’s genre-bending soundscapes created for the films of Italian director Dario Argento. With the majority of the band’s founding members back together, Goblin will be heading stateside this October for a string of dates alongside Secret Chiefs 3.
