BT Calls Out Borgore For Objectifying Women, Claims Borgore Will Eventually Die Smoking Crack

Earlier today, EDM producer Brian Wayne Transeau (BT) claimed on Twitter that stage hands confiscated a crack pipe belonging to Asaf Borger, AKA Borgore, after the infamous Israeli DJ was caught lighting up backstage.

For the music industry, allegations of sexism or misogyny are nothing new, and likewise for Borger himself, who relishes in the controversy created by his absurdly sexist lyrics (“Girl take example from these bitches/In bed act like hoe/But first do the dishes”) and music videos filled with scantily clad women. Having built up somewhat of a reputation as a YouTube troll, his twitter fills up with vulgar hashtags and images alongside contemplations such as “My best trick to fall asleep is to try and count all the chicks I had sex with. Goodnight.” and “If it wasn’t for art I would forget what is emotions.” And let’s not forget how when Borger coined the term “gorestep” to differentiate his hardcore style from mainstream dubstep, thus inciting community backlash and earning him the winning title “the man who ruined dubstep,” he cooly responded by releasing his third LP under the name Borgore Ruined Dubstep Pt. 1.

BT has been taking pot shots at Borgore for some time now. Regardless of the veracity of BT’s allegations, one wonders whether the man who invented the stutter edit has simply fallen for flamebait.
