Okkervil River has announced the release of their new album entitled The Silver Gymnasium via ATO Records.
Set for release on September 3rd of 2013, The Silver Gymnasium will serve as the follow up album to Okkervil River’s 2011 success I Am Very Far.
To support the bands upcoming album, they have announced a series of live performances that will take place beginning this August to preface the release of The Silver Gymnasium. Beginning August 24th, Okkervil River will be touring making stops at First City Festival in California, Boston Calling, Austin City Limits and many other exciting venues. They will wrap up their tour in Chicago on November 2nd.
