Dark Dark Dark at Empty Bottle, 8/11

Dark Dark Dark released one of the most gut-wrenching albums of 2012, filled with with heartfelt songs that chronicled singer Nona Marie Invie’s breakup with her bandmate Marshall La Count. While most people would be inclined to go their own separate ways, Invie and La Count have continued to play together, reconciling their differences through music. The group will be coming to Empty Bottle in August, hopefully with some new tension-ridden songs in tow.
