With the help of the Empty Bottle’s booking crew, this West Town-based street festival always seems to deliver a strong lineup of bands, worthy of one of the city’s major music festivals. This year, Tortoise takes to the streets one night before their headlining return to the Empty Bottle, accompanied by the noisy beats of Javelin and the sweet harmonies of Those Darlins. On Sunday, legendary garage rockers the Oblivians reunite directly after a set of angular tunes from Born Ruffians.
