Trentemøller is the surname and alias of Anders Trentemøller, who hails from Denmark and has always been known for creating music with heightened electronic scope, more a designer of sound than simply an entertainer.

He has been handpicked to open for Depeche Mode on a set of upcoming European tour dates, this high honour coming shortly after the debut of a brand new 7″ single, a collaboration with Jonny Pierce of The Drums.
A forthcoming album entitled “Lost” is due out in September on Trentemøller’s own label, but in the meantime a new video has been released for the single. You can watch a stream of this below.
“Never Stop Running (ft. Jonny Pierce)” is a stunning example of the talent that Coachella 2011 attendees noticed when they first encountered Trentemøller’s live stage presence and complex creative awareness. The “underdog” status that initially set him apart is unclear now, as he seems fully at ease in the limelight, creating serene electronic masterpieces with confidence and maturity.
