Nine Inch Nails has just announced that Robin Finck will be re-joining NIN. This comes as great news to fans after Eric Avery announced that he was departing from NIN’s touring lineup.
Reznor made the announcement via Twitter this morning,

I am proud to announce that the tour lineup now includes the incredible Robin Finck. The addition of Robin to the mix of players I’ve assembled makes this band incredibly powerful and versatile. We are deep in the rehearsal process and it feels exciting and great to be back at this. Lots of information, surprises and sweat headed your way. Stay tuned!

While some fans are speculating that Finck is replacing Avery on bass- it has remained unconfirmed. Reznor’s pictures would suggest that Finck is back as a guitarist.
Tour dates are likely to come soon as the band already has dates set up for Lollapalooza, Reading & Leeds, and several other music festivals.
