The Field at Empty Bottle, 6/5

The music of Axel Willner (better known by his stage name ‘the Field’) occupies a middle ground between strangeness and accessibility. The Berlin-based musician has been pumping out minimalist electronic music and creative remixes since the release of his first EP in 2005. He’ll be embarking on a small solo tour this summer and, as luck would have it, the Empty Bottle will be included on his itinerary.
