SNL comedian Fred Armisen has released a free EP under one of his personalities, Ian Rubbish.
Ian Rubbish is a character Armisen plays on SNL. A fan of Margaret Thatcher, Rubbish takes the role of the misunderstood punk UK character. Ian Rubbish even appeared near the end of Vampire Weekend’s live stream AMEX Unstaged concert this past weekend.
Fred Armisen, as Ian Rubbish, has recently released an EP titled The Best of Ian Rubbish. The EP is available for free download at http://www.ianrubbish.com/. The EP features tracks including “Sweet Iron Lady” and “Hey Policeman.” Check out where Ian Rubbish began in the video below.
