True Blood Soundtrack Vol. 4 Set For May 2013 Release, To Includes Songs By Deap Vally, Iggy Pop, The Flaming Lips, and More

Vampires the world over are rejoicing with the announcement that Vol 4 of the True Blood Soundtrack will appear May 28th, just one week after the DVD release of the complete 5th season.

Being that the three previous soundtracks were nominated for a Grammy, this star-studded affair will no doubt provide fans with some quality tunes to go with Dracula’s favorite drama. It has become somewhat of a tradition for True Blood soundtracks to feature rock and roll legends working alongside indie heroes, and this edition is no different. From the get go we hear Eric Burdon and Jenny Lewis collaborating, followed by Iggy Pop and Bethany Cosentino. Vinyl-heads also have something to look forward to since this June will see the first ever vinyl release of a True Blood soundtrack.
