The Hives To Pay Almost $3,000,000 to The Cardigans As Ordered By Swedish Court System

A Swedish court is forcing The Hives to pay out the equivalent of about $2.9 million after finances were routinely combined with The Cardigans’ at both bands’ studio.

Throughout the years, both bands—who recorded at Tambourine Studios—continuously shared finances, but The Hives were never informed that their share would count as a loan. They are attempting to appeal the verdict, claiming ignorance.
