Twitter has launched a new App designed to help you discover new music.
Pitchfork reports Twitter, the popular social media tool, launched its own music discovery app. The app is seperate from the Twitter’s main feed and available as its own tool on your computer and on the iPhone with the Droid coming soon. Stereogum reports it works the same way as trending topics with the addition of built in audio component which can be streamlined with Rdio, Spotify and iTunes. There are options to view pages of “Popular” artists, “Emerging” artists and personal suggestions. You can check out the app for yourself here or read the blog post where Twitter announced the app.
