Brazilian electronic rockers CSS will release their new album, Planta, on June 11th via SQE Music.
In what will be their 4th LP, CSS (short for ‘Cansei de Ser Sexy,’ meaning ‘I got tired of being sexy’) enlisted TV On the Radio’s David Sitek to handle production. Sitek, who has worked with numerous recording artists including Santigold and The Yeah Yeah Yeahs, helped CSS blend distinct genres like reggae, punk, and pop into a danceable 11-track experience. The band recently premiered the single “Hangover,” which lead singer Lovefoxxx describes as “summer in space.” See what she means below:
