The bass will be bumpin’ in downtown Los Angeles this August thanks to the likes of Ed Banger Records and HARD Summer. This year’s festivities will feature Busy P., Breakbot, and Justice among others. HARD Fest has also released lineup art with additional artists and information, see more below.
If you were in attendance at Los Angeles State Historic Park for HARD Summer last year, then you’ve probably been saving your pennies for your ticket this year ever since. For 2013, HARD Summer has partnered with Ed Banger records which is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year. The French label will be featuring most of its artists in Los Angeles this August 3rd and 4th, and festival goers will be enjoying more driving euro-based beat drops as opposed to the face-grinding dubstep that was last year’s show (Nero, Skrillex, etc.).
Since only six of Ed Banger’s biggest names have been confirmed for August 4th (day 2), we expect more artisits from both the label and the L.A. area to be added to the bill as the festival approaches. So far, these are the acts confirmed for August 4th:
