With shouts out to the hills of the San Fernando Valley, Bleached, the effervescent, beach bummed duo from SoCal, are rearing their heads, with Dead In Your Head. The second single to spring from their upcoming LP Ride Your Heart, Dead In Your Head follows the protocol in getting fans pumped and ready for an amazing album debut, set to land in stores April 2nd.
Their first single to release, Next Stop, preceded in a fast and giddy melodic trip surrounded by a set of drums that hit harder than Kimbo Slice; definitely one to add to the ipod mix for those long drives to the beach. With Dead In Your Head, Bleached turns the corner to slow down a bit, in a more drawn out rhythm, as the girls sing about dreams and “losing the ones they loved the most.”
Jennifer and Jessie Clavin, two sisters that make up the Bleached duo, are easily showing signs of their maturity as artist, giving listeners a variety of perspectives into the music that has evolved from their garage punk days as former members of Mika Miko, to national artist in anticipation of their first album release.
Aside from the debut, Bleached has planned to headline a tour that will take them amongst a distance that spans between Texas to Germany in a matter of two months; it begins April 12th.
