Ministry Announce New Album From Beer to Eternity Set for September 2013 Release

Ministry has announced that their thirteenth studio album From Beer to Eternity will be released on September 2nd, 2013.

After a three year hiatus, the American-made industrial metal band Ministry reformed in 2011 despite saying they never would. Recently, they have announced that their second studio album since reuniting, From Beer to Eternity is set for a September 2nd release of this year.

The catalyst for the group’s reincarnation came about in early 2011 after frontman Al Jourgensen was collaborating with Mike Scaccia of Rigor Mortis, and the duo had roughly seven songs left over from their sessions together. After deciding the songs were too good to let go to waste, Jourgensen pegged them as sounding “Ministry-esque” and invited the group to come back together to produce their first album since breaking-up in 2008, Relapse.
