The Finnish heavy-metal group Children of Bodom have announced that their eighth studio album Halo of Blood will be released in June of this year.
Children of Bodom (or COB) have announced that their new album will drop on June 11th. To get the word out about their new tracks, COB have also been booked as the featured artists of the 2013 Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival, along with other notable acts like Rob Zombie and Five Finger Death Punch.
Halo of Blood will be the first COB album NOT released by Spinefarm/Universal Records, unlike their previous seven albums. This time around, COB are planning to switch things up and have recorded Halo of Blood under the label Nuclear Blast/Marquee Inc. Full track list below:
