Apache dropout is a difficult band to describe. Fuzz laden garage rock focused on the campy, freakout heavy stylings of bands like the 13th floor elevators, and Dead Moon. Dark, heavy, bass and shrieking vocals. Lo-fi, creepy, campy, gritty, weird, and awesome garage. They played the inside stage at Volstead Lounge, and had the walls feeling like they were melting.
