Listen: Paramore Release Stream of New Song “Still Into You”

As the pop punk world prepares for Paramore, the band’s self-titled release set to hit shelves April 8, fans can now get a taste of what’s to come with the second of the album’s leaked songs, “Still Into You”.

This will be Paramore’s first album release since 2009’s Brand New Eyes, which stole the hearts of teens and adults alike. Their latest recording came with the exhilarating opportunity to lay down tracks in Prince’s room at Sunset Sound, in Los Angeles. Guitarist Taylor York spoke ecstatically of the situation the band found themselves in:

Just knowing that we shared a toilet with him… We channelled Prince’s energy!

Lead singer Hayley Williams also cited director John Hughes, of Brat Pack fame, for influence on the band’s newest sounds, so it’s curious to think of the nostalgia this album might inspire for kids of the ’80s. We can all get a closer feel for it as Paramore tours heavily this Spring in support of the new album.
