Locked in and attuned with one another despite minor sound issues, Yoni Wolf and company put on a flawless performance chock full of crowd-pleasing power grooves (“The Vowels Pt. 2” aptly closed their set with chants and maddening syncopation) and wickedly fun breakneck rhymes. WHY? was perceptive, energetic, and damn fun.
