The rap-rock group Transplants is back with a new album set for a May 2013 release.
Consequence of Sound reports the Transplants have reunited and are releasing their third studio album. Transplants is a semi-super group of rap/rock proportions featuring Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker, Rancid’s Tim Armstrong, and rapper Rob Aston, also known as Skinhead Rob. Their last album, Haunted Cities, came out in 2002, and while a lot has changed since then there is reason to believe their follow up will be worthwhile. Last year the band played a new song at a show in Los Angles which you can watch footage of below. The new album titled In A Warzone is aiming for a May 2013 release date.
