SXSW 2013 Announces Depeche Mode to Appear at Q&A Session 3/13

Depeche Mode is scheduled to appear at an exclusive question and answer discussion on Wednesday, March 13th during South By Southwest Music Festival at the Austin Convention Center. This will be their first ever appearance at SXSW. No word if they will be performing at SXSW besides the discussion.

Moderated by Jason Bentley, music director of KCRW in Los Angeles and host of the Morning Becomes Electric show , the three members of Depeche Mode – Martin Gore, Dave Gahan and Andy ‘Fletch’ Fletcher – will be discussing their forthcoming album Delta Machine (out March 26th via Columbia Records), as well as their past, present and future, as well as their upcoming world tour.

The discussion is open to all Music and platinum badges, as well as Artist Wristbands.

Delta Machine was recorded throughout 2012 in Santa Barbara, CA and New York City, NY. The record was produced by Ben Hillier and mixed by Flood. The record will be available on standard CD as well as an exclusive Deluxe Edition with four additional new tracks and a 28-page hardcover book including photos by longtime artistic collaborator Anton Corbjin.

Depeche Mode has confirmed an appearance on CBS Interactive’s Live on Letterman at Ed Sullivan Theater in New York City on Monday, March 11th at 5 pm PST/8 PM EST via CBS.com and VEVO.
