SXSW 2013 Announces Sixth Round Showcasing Performers Including Dave Grohl’s Sound City Players, Iggy and the Stooges, Devandra Banhart and More

This year’s SXSW was already looking epic, and it’s only gotten better with the latest additions to the music portion.

On Thursday, March 14th, Stubb’s will play host to Dave Grohl’s Sound City Players. Grohl, who is this year’s keynote speaker, will be joined by Stevie Nicks, John Fogerty, Rick Springfield, Corey Taylor, Alain Johannes, Rage Against the Machine’s Brad Wilk, Fear’s Lee Ving, and many more. Justin Timberlake will give fans a private performance during SXSW, and rumors of a surprise second performance have Austin police making preparations just in case.
