The Third Man Records projects marks a collaboration between various music camps: Brittany Howard is lead singer for the Alabama Shakes while Ruby Amanfu is known for shaking up sound waves on Jack White’s “Love Interruption.” “When My Man Comes Home,” originally recorded by Memphis Minnie, also features work by The Buzzards’ Dominic Davis on both upright and electric bass.
