Aesop Rock and Moldy Peaches’ Kimya Dawson Form New Band The Uncluded, Debut Album Hokey Fright Set for May 2013 Release

After years of touring together and making cameo appearances on each others recent studio albums, rap icon Aesop Rock and Kimya Dawson from Moldy Peaches have teamed up to form The Uncluded. The result of this dynamic duo is their debut album, Hokey Fright. Read on for more details.

Their debut album Hokey Fright will drop on May 7, unleashing their first 16 tracks to the world. For now, they have also premiered a new video for one of their songs “Earthquake.” The two have described their album by saying, “This record helps to tell the story of two people who are finding therapy through making art together.” Full track listing and video are below.

When it came time to name this musical pair, the two looked to Michael Bernard Loggins’ book, Imaginationally. Uncluded means “to keep the things you don’t appreciate out of your life.”
