Pow-TV.NET & Clutch Magazine are bringing the indie R&B/hip-hop scene to East Austin this year with their #SXSWOnDeck day party featuring 30 fresh acts from around the country, including XXL Freshman Nominees Phil Ade & Kid Daytona, All Hip Hop’s Top Underground Artist Chuuwee, and more!
