Psychic Ills have got that loose groove and terrestrial – 70’s guitar patterns that everybody wants. With muffled and slightly monotoned lyrical elements the quartet amalgamate into journey of electronic experimentations, improvised jamming and various sonic endeavors. Post-punk, 70’s rock, psychadelic folk, minimal techno, and traditional music are all heard as influences into this band’s multi-faceted sound. Their 4th full-lenth EP since their debut in 2006, One Track Mind, will be out soon on Sacred Bones Records.
