Willy Mason, heartthrob of the UK and hometown resident of Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts, is embarking on an international tour to promote his third full length studio album, Carry On, out this past December on cd or digital. Along with letterpress posters, Don’t Stop Now – a 4-track 10″ featuring a track with Bogie Ogerton out Jan. 14th – will be available at the show. Lineage from philosopher William James and the son of folk singers Jemima James and Michael Mason, Willy has been touring the US in his old pickup truck since his first single, “Oxygen”, in 2005. A gentle, burly tone as the voice of our age, his poetics ring out to touch more than our heart. Willy awakens our conscious about society and the troubles of this world. He is often reviewed as “the Bob Dylan of our generation.”
