Following confirmation this year’s Ultra Music Festival, held in sunny downtown Miami, will be expanded to cover two three-day weekends—wherein supergroup Swedish House Mafia will perform their last-ever show—the promotion has now confirmed a host of headlining acts for Ultra Europe, including Swedish superstar AVICII, Dutch trance artist Armin Van Buuren and house legend Carl Cox.
This news comes after AVICII’s unforgettable headlining performance at Miami’s Ultra Music Festival last Summer, where the DJ was ushered onstage by none other than Madonna, the Queen of Pop—and you can bet veteran disc jockeys Van Buuren and Cox will bring their “A” game, as well. Though no further artists have been announced, already Ultra Europe, held in the Croatian city of Split on July 12-13 and the island of Hvar on 14, is gearing up to be a truly action-packed weekend.
