Listen: Sufjan Stevens Releases Stream of Mixtape Chopped and Scrooged

Just in time for the holidays, singer-songwriter Sufjan Stevens drops a free mixtape on Pitchfork titled Chopped and Scrooged.

The songs on this mixtape, which feature rappers Heems, Kitty Pride, Busdriver, and Nicky Da B, originally appeared in Stevens’ 5-EP box set titled Silver & Gold: Songs for Christmas Vols. 6-10, which is nearly 60 tracks long.  Featured producers include John Dieterich of Deerhoof, Fol Chen, Son Lux, and more.  Here are the songs that were chosen for the mixtape:
