Quentin Tarantino’s new film, Django Unchained, has revealed the tracklisting for the soundtrack. As Pitchfork reports, the soundtrack will feature music from Rick Ross, Jamie Foxx (who also stars in the film), John Legend, and a mash-up of 2Pac and James Brown.
The soundtrack also features music from the composer Ennio Morricone. Tarantino collaborated on the score, as well as with the musicians. The album will be released on December 18 while the film will be released on Christmas Day.

Fans may be wondering why Frank Ocean’s track is no longer included, since it was recently reported he had recorded a track for the film. Tarantino explains, in the Pitchfork article, that there just wasn’t a scene for it. It will be up to Frank Ocean as to when to release the song.
