N.A.S.A (short for North America/South America) is an electronic duo with Brazilian DJ Ze Gonzales (also known as DJ Zegon) and music producer Sam Spiegal (also known as Squeak E. Clean). The two reached momentum and critical acclaim for 2900’s The Spirit of Apollo. The track included cameos from the likes of Kanye West, M.I.A., Santigold, Chuck D, David Byrne, Tom Waits, RZA, Ol’ Dirty Bastard, Karen O, Lykke Li and many more.
Earlier this month, the pair released “Overdrive” as their first single in two years. The track is available on their soundcloud page, iTunes and other digital music transaction services. Working with Cee Lo, Fab 5 Freddy, Ainsley Jones and more, the song will also be featured in a Honda commercial. The two are also working on their next N.A.S.A album that is due in summer 2013.
