Although Brody Dalle has produced a lot of great music with Spinnerette and The Distillers, her solo album has been a long time coming.
Antiquiet reported that her upcoming album was announced in a mysterious and untraditional manor. Apparently, Dalle has been dropping hints about the release of some new music by posting photos of her recording in the studio on Instagram. As the photos have become more frequent recently, fans were starting to get antsy about what the artist had up her sleeve. Finally, Dalle let the cat out of the bag and Instagrammed the picture above, a CD-R that clearly states “Brody Dalle Album.” To top it all off, the caption read, “In case you were wondering”. Many people believe that this CD must be her debut single album, not another album with Spinnerette.
