The latest package from Third Man Record’s “Vault” subscription series features a double album recording of a Jack White live show, 7″ of demos of Freedom At 21 B/W Love Interruption and Hypocritical Kiss and Alison Mosshart’s (The Dead Weather) self-published book titled Shark Infested Soda Fountain.
The double LP is a recording of Jack White’s live show, and solo debut, at Third Man Records from the label’s 3 Year Anniversary Party on March 8th of earlier this year. On the first LP, Jack is backed by his all female band The Peacocks while LP 2 features the all-male version called The Buzzards.
The 7″ demos includes early versions of Jack White songs Freedom At 21 backed with Love Interruption and “Hypocritical Kiss” that would later appear on his album from this year, Blunderbuss. They will be pressed on signature Jack White Blunderblue vinyl.
The third item is The Dead Weather’s Alison Mosshart’s self-published book, Shark Infested Soda Fountain, that compiles photos of the band’s 2010 tour. It is also the debut of the Third Man Books imprint.
As mentioned previously by MXDWN, The Vault is a social networking and physical product subscription service for Third Man Records. Each quarter, the label releases a new package to its members containing rarities in all forms from their vast collection of material.
