Watch: Ben Folds Five Performs with Wayne Coyne and Kesha in Nashville

Wayne Conye and Ke$ha joined Ben Folds at their performance in Nashville, Tennessee. The un-likley combination came together to do a cover of Conway Twitty and Loretta Lynn’s duet, “You’re the Reason Our Kids Are Ugly”.
According to Consequence of Sound, the connection between these artists blossomed because Folds and Conye collaborated with Ke$ha on her up and coming sophomore album. Apparently the artists are close, as Ke$ha also worked with Conye on the Flaming Lips’ new album, The Flaming Lips and Heady Fwends. Although the country style of Conway Twitty seems like a peculiar choice for these artists, the performance was a hit and the live performance can be viewed below.
