The V Festival this past weekend in England may have been a fantastic music endeavor for some, but unfortunately there has been some dismal news regarding the events. Two men were found dead following the end of the festival, one has has been identified while the other incident is still open and undergoing investigation. Read on for more details.
Timothy Brockhurst, 22, was found dead inside a tent at the Staffordshire festival site, according to nme.com. The victim was found around 1 a.m., unresponsive and not breathing. After immediately receiving first aid, he was pronounced dead. There are no suspicions regarding this death and no indication of “foul play.”
Another man, 39, was found dead in the backyard of a private residence located near the festival. Examinations showed that he died of head injuries. Police have arrested ten men, between the ages of 23 and 25, as suspects related to this murder. This incident is still being investigated and local police are searching for any helpful information, anonymous or otherwise.
