Las Vegas Tenacious D Show Shut Down After Stabbing

Comedy in Las Vegas was halted recently after a concert goer was stabbed after fight broke out during a recent Tenacious D show at the House of Blues at the Mandalay Bay resort in Las Vegas on July 28th.

It was reported in the Las Vegas Review-Journal that one eyewitness stated two men in the audience were involved in a fight where a pool of blood was left on the right side of the stage. The victim was stabbed in the leg and was taken to the hospital.

The venue cancelled the rest of that show along with a unrelated Steel Panther show that weekend.

The Tenacious D incident is the latest incident at a concert, following reports of a riot at the Swedish House Mafia show at Milton Keyes Bowl in England and Phoenix Park in Dublin, Ireland, as well as stabbing at a Cro Mags show in New York City’s Webster Hall.
