New Music Alert: Listen to TEEN’s “Electric” Off Their Debut Album In Limbo

The second single from green brooklyn band TEEN was recently released for download.

The grungy electro-pop song, appropriately called “Electric,” will be featured on TEEN’s debut album, set for a late August release on Carpark Records. This single follows their debut release, “Better.” The forthcoming album is titled In Limbo.

The band formed when Teeny Lieberson, keyboardist of the pysch-folk band Here We Go Magic, decided to pull her sisters (Katherine and Lizzie Lieberson) and longtime bffs (Jane Herships and Maia Ibar) together to make music. The band has since played with other young indie bands like Purity Ring and Yellow Ostrich. Jen Turner, also of Here We Go Magic, engineered “Electric” along with the rest of the album.
