Riot Fest 2012 will bring rock, indie, punk and underground artists to Philadelphia, PA on July 19th at Festival Pier at Penn’s Landing, including Refused, The Promise Ring, and OFF!
The festival also has dates in Brooklyn, Dallas, Toronto, and its flagship location, Chicago.
