Singer Damon Albarn recently released a new song at a poetry festival in London.
Albarn at the end of his set performed a new song that he had finished recording the week prior to the performance.
Although Albarn performed the song, there are no confirmations that it will be on a new album or part of any new music projects.
Producer William Orbit revealed that while in a recording session with Blur, everything was going great, but Albarn decided to stop the recording sessions. The entire band was confused and thought that it might have been the end for Albarn.
Albarn denied that he was finished with Blur, although his bandmate and guitarist Graham Coxon admitted that the band felt pressure from the fans to continue recording.
