Danzig Loses His Cool Over a Photographer Shooting His Set at Bonnaroo

As reported by Antiquiet, ex-Misfits frontman Glenn Danzig freaked out at Bonnaroo this weekend when a photographer started snapping pictures during his performance in That Tent.  Apparently, Danzig reacted so strongly because he specifically requested that there be no media there to film or photograph his set.  Learn more and check out some videos capturing the ordeal after the jump.

Those who know a little bit about Danzig know that this isn’t exactly out of character.  Earlier this year, we reported a story about Danzig similarly loosing his cool at Fun Fun Fun Fest because of petty issues like it being too cold and needing french onion soup.

Nashville Scene photographer Michael W. Bunch was just taking some photos of the crowd at That Tent when Danzig when ballistic.  You’ll notice that in one video, Danzig is being restrained by a bodyguard so that he doesn’t hurt Bunch.  Eventually Danzig calmed down enough to finish the rest of his set, but this should serve as a reminder to photographers that their kind are not welcomed by the likes of the erratic Glenn Danzig.
