The Features playing at the Bootleg Bar this year was one of those rare instances of the right elements combining in a single event. The band had the proper experience and the energy to use the stage, playing an intimate crowd who came out because of their genuine interest in this particular Tennessee-based indie band. They did a great job of sounding harmonious, yet letting each member shine through, all while while getting the audience ecstatic. With their ability to give the audience just the right idea of what they’re all about, they leave no question as to why they have such a loyal following around the world.
