Everyone’s favorite Scientologist has recently collaborated with the kind of blues-rock. Beck’s newest single “I Just Started Hating People Today” with B-Side “Blue Randy” will be released on Jack White’s Third Man record label on May 28th. This is Beck’s debut on Third Man and his first single since “Looking For A Sign” the song he did for the Jason Segel film Jeff Who Lives At Home. The song can be purchased on iTunes, on the Third Man Records website and their official store store in Nashville. You can preview the tracks on the website now.

The songs came up spontaneously back in 2011 when Beck was working in Nashville on material for his long awaited upcoming album. These were recorded in Beck’s final days in Nashville.

The performer credits on the single are very exciting and cause great intrigue. They include Beck (vocals, electric guitar, harmonica), Jack White (drums, acoustic guitar, background vocals), Dean Fertita (keys, bass, background vocals), Fats Kaplin (fiddle, pedal steel), Karen Elson (jazz vocals).

Beck and Jack White are both playing at Sasquatch Music Festival this weekend.
