French musician Laetitia Sadier has announced that she will be releasing a new album, Silencio, this July. This will be Sadier’s second album since leaving the bands Monade and Stereolab. After Silencio drops on July 24th, Sadier plans to hit the road again with a full band.
Silencio explores the individual within society, the ability to withdraw inward in the midst of all the surrounding commotion. To highlight her unique voice, Sadier collaborates with a number of other artists, including Tim Gane of Stereolab, James Elkington, and Sam Prekop.
