For the second weekend of Coachella, Radiohead’s lead vocalist, Thom Yorke, joined Modeselektor on stage to perform the band’s song “Shipwreck.” Pitchfork was able to post a video of the performance online. Check it out after the jump.
Thom Yorke can sing and play the drums, guitar, bass guitar, and piano. In 2006, he released a solo album called The Eraser, and he has been named one of the greatest and most influential artists by Q Magazine, Rolling Stones, and MTV2. Yorke has a long history of collaborating with Modeselektor, going back to their collaboration on the band’s album Happy Birthday in 2007.
