Donavon Frankenreiter has announced his new album, Start Livin’, and slated it for release in May of this year. He’s also announced some tour dates in the American Southwest. Check it all out after the jump.
The album will follow up the former pro surfer’s first record, Glow, which was released in 2010. Early promotional materials indicate that the singer’s laid-back attitude will influence the new album, as it did on the no-frills recordings of Glow. “Start Livin’ means stop worrying about where you’ve been, where you’re going,” Frankenreiter explains. “Just start embracing what you have around you. Start loving what you have right now.”
