The Temper Trap have just announced the details revolving around their forthcoming self-titled release, out June 5 via Glassnote/Columbia Records. The same day that the album hits stores, the band will kick off on a North American Tour. On top of all that, they have just released two new songs. The Temper Trap will be the band’s followup to 2009’s Conditions, an album that was a huge success in the eyes of fans and critics alike. One new shift for this new album is that the band has expanded to a five-piece with the addition of Joseph Greer on keyboard and guitar. The self-titled album is 12 songs long and was recorded in Los Angles with Tony Hoffer (Beck, M83, Phoenix). Listed below are their 2012 tour dates.
